What You Get / How it Works

  • Fortnightly group coaching sessions: Live 90-minute online sessions every two weeks, focused on the areas that matter most for clinic growth, including marketing performance, sales conversion, pricing, systems, numbers, and leadership.
  • Structured, system-led approach: Each session follows a clear framework to help you build stronger foundations, improve income predictability, and make better business decisions over time.

  • Practical discussion and real examples: Sessions include guided discussion, real-world examples, and opportunities to apply learning directly to your own clinic.

  • Peer accountability and shared learning: You benefit from hearing how other clinic owners are approaching similar challenges, while staying accountable to your own goals and actions.
  • Small group environment: Groups are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of eight participants, to ensure meaningful contribution and focused support.

Group Business Coaching is £295 + VAT per month on a 12-month commitment, plus a £195 one-off setup fee, providing structured support, accountability, and guidance to help you build a more predictable and profitable clinic.

Groups are limited to a maximum of eight participants to ensure meaningful discussion and focused support. Sessions are live, interactive, and facilitated to allow contribution, questions, and practical examples, while still maintaining clear structure and direction.

You do not need to be at a particular revenue level, but you should be actively running a clinic or private practice. Group coaching works best for practitioners who are committed to improving structure, decision-making, and consistency, and who are willing to engage, reflect, and implement changes.

Group coaching runs in fixed cohorts with set start dates and limited places. At this stage, you can register your interest. You will be contacted with full details, start dates, and next steps before enrolment opens, allowing you to decide if the timing and format are right for you.
