About Mike Sherwood
With an early career in sales and marketing, Mike quickly learnt the importance of effective communication with customers and developing a solid value proposition. If you want customers to do business with you, you must create the right first impression and deliver on the promise.
In 2009, Mike set up his first business. Today, he owns two successful marketing and design agencies: FreshOnline and Aesthetic Web. He also founded The Digital Coach, a training company that offers regular marketing workshops and webinars for business owners. Having built and scaled these companies, Mike has established a robust team and structure, allowing him to focus more on his passion for business coaching.
10+ Years in the Medical and Aesthetics Industry
Mike has been a prominent figure in the aesthetics industry for over a decade. In 2015, he played a pivotal role in the establishment and growth of Derma Medical. Over seven years, he helped the company grow to an international market leader before its sale in 2022. Since then, Mike has worked closely with aesthetic training provider Derma Institute as a business consultant. So far, he has helped them launch academies in the USA, Canada, Australia and the Middle East, alongside winning the Safety in Beauty Award for Best Aesthetic Training and Education Provider and gaining JCCP accreditation.
Mike has also worked with numerous clinics owners, providing business and marketing support. He has successfully helped his wife, Jacqueline, launch and grow her medical aesthetic clinic, La Cara Aesthetics. Mike’s extensive experience and network in the medical and aesthetics sector, which he has built over the years, make him exceptionally qualified to offer business coaching.

Transitioning to business coaching was a natural progression for Mike. After years of advising medical and aesthetic practitioners on marketing and business, he realised his true passion lies in this field. Since 2017, Mike has developed and taught various business and marketing courses and boot camps, helping medical practitioners navigate the business world.
