The Inner Circle Mastermind is a small, invitation-only programme for established medical and aesthetic clinic owners who want dedicated time to work on their business, make better decisions and build a stronger, more profitable clinic.

It is an in-person Mastermind that brings together a carefully selected group of clinic owners to review their businesses, work through challenges, share experience and make important strategic decisions with the support of Mike Sherwood and each other.
Across six full-day Mastermind sessions each year, we focus on the areas having the greatest impact on your business, including strategy, profitability, marketing, people, systems and leadership. You will be expected to be open about your numbers and challenges, contribute to the group and take action between sessions.
The aim is simple: better decisions, clearer priorities, greater accountability and a more profitable business that is less dependent on you.

How the Mastermind Works
The Inner Circle Mastermind is structured to give you protected thinking time, expert challenge, and consistent accountability over a 12-month period.
You will attend six full-day, in-person Mastermind sessions, held every other month in London. Each session is led by Mike Sherwood and focuses on strategic thinking, profitability, leadership, and long-term clinic performance rather than short-term tactics.
Every Mastermind day includes:

The Mastermind is capped at eight clinic owners to ensure depth of discussion, meaningful input, and personal attention at every session.

The Inner Circle Mastermind is for established medical and aesthetic clinic owners who want dedicated time to work on their business, make better strategic decisions and be accountable for putting those decisions into action.
Over 12 months, you will join a carefully selected group of up to eight clinic owners for six full-day, in-person Mastermind sessions in London, working directly with Mike Sherwood and the other members of the group.
The Mastermind requires a 12-month commitment, with members expected to attend the sessions, contribute openly and take action between each meeting.
